Footprint Café Chicken Lok Lak

A favourite Cambodian dish and our most popular, Lok Lak originally hails from Vietnam (known there as Bo Loc Lac – Beef Shaken). We’ve kept the ‘shake’ but added chicken allowing you to taste our mouthwatering Lok Lak sauce with succulent chicken pieces, served with pepper & lime dipping sauce and Jasmine steamed rice


Traditional Fish Amok

One of Cambodia’s most famous dishes, this fish coconut curry is not to be missed. A delicious blend of fresh river fish, traditional Khmer spice, coconut milk and mushrooms served with jasmine steamed rice


Cambodian Chicken Curry

Our coffee is a bespoke blend only available at Footprint Cafes. It is crafted by the local Cambodian company Feel Good Coffee. Ours is a regionally grown blend mixing Cambodian, Thai and Vietnamese beans. The resulting roast has a strong, full bodied taste popular with coffee lovers the world over.


We chose Feel Good Coffee as our roaster because they pride themselves on providing the best quality chemical free, fair trade organic coffee beans. We also thoroughly support their employee owned cooperative business model which focuses on training and empowerment for their Cambodian team and the wider coffee community.
